Two household items, baking soda and vinegar, create a chemical reaction that shoots this mini rocket up over 16 feet. Itcan be launched again and again.

Simply put 1 small scoop of baking soda in the rocket base, add a large scoop of vinegar into the rocket, clip the rocket onto the base then place it on the group and wait for lift-off!

This is a great S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) activity that combines these interdisciplinary areas for a holistic approachtoeducation.
